If you visit a fast food parlor, you will come across various non-vegetarian dishes made with flour and meat using flat bread. One of the specialties of non-vegetarian Indian Recipes is the Kheema of minced meat preparations. The bones are taken out from the meat and the meat is then minced into tiny particles to be cooked in spices and turning it into a virtual masala for various types of foods.

One of the most delicious items in Indian Food list is the minced meat (kheema) Paratha. When flat breads are prepared using ghee or butter or are baked, they are called parathas. Kheema paratha is spicy minced meat and bread rolled into one.

The ingredients are: -

   1. Three cups of whole-wheat flour,
   2. Two cups of spicy minced meat made of 250 gms of meat or chicken,
   3. Ghee to pan fry the parathas.
