The use of routers has increases a lot in recent years. It is so because more and more people are now interested in connecting two or more computers to internet while using the same internet connection.

People who use these routers are many in number but if you don’t have enough knowledge about it, you must consider installing a rather smaller router to connect few of your computers. In this situation you can always consider buying a broadband router, which is regarded as one of the best option for people who want to use same internet connection on fewer computers.

It is worth mentioning that smaller routers are quite effective for many but you can not expect them to perform in a perfect way if more computers are to be connected with same internet connection. That’s the point where you have to buy a more sophisticated router. These routers are perfect for those who have some knowledge about the functioning of these amazing devices.

Now, it doesn’t matter if you want a smaller router or a big one, you will have to spend some money. But, you can save a lot of money just by opting for used Cisco routers. Though it is a fact that many other brands are also available but if you are interested in used routers try not to go for any other but Cisco. But, do make sure that you are buying from a right site like CiscoDealer.com, where quality Cisco repair services are also available along with used routers.

Should We Use Used Iseries Servers?

Posted by Renea on August 27th, 2009

If we were going to put used iseries servers into our new office, I think that it would help us save thousands on our start up cost. I had heard an associate of mine talking about how it would be smart to do this for new companies and I just kind of wondered if it would work for us or not.

I called the computer guy who used to fix the equipment at my old job and asked his opinion. I was sure that he would be able to answer this question for me. If buying one of the new pseries servers would be beneficial, then that is what I will do but if I can save some money, I would really like to.

It is going to cost thousands anyway and I would love to save a few to have in case something unforeseen arises during the first few months. I had priced a used iseries server and the new pseries servers to compare the two. I can get the same in both but one is priced thousands higher than the other.

If the computer guy ever calls back then I will leave the decision up to him. I trust him to not rip me off and to give good advice for our new office.
